Obs:

The average price per hectare refers to the price attributable to the productive forest land. This price has been calculated by multiplying the purchase sum by the proportion that the assessed forest value represents of the property’s total assessed value. The calculated amount has then been divided by the forest land area. For example, if the forest value constitutes 75 percent of the total assessed value, then 75 percent of the purchase price has been assumed to relate to the forest land area. The information refers to ordinary registered purchases (type codes 110 and 120) of agricultural units for entire assessed units where the forest value represents 34–100 percent of the total assessed value. See Kvalitetsdeklarationen under the heading ‘About table’ to the left of the table for more details (available in Swedish only).
